About me
I started my journey as Citizens Advice's youngest advisor, spending 18 years supporting clients through a range of challenges.
My passion for UX emerged during my time at the School of Code, which led me to a lead UX role at Iternal. Today, I design digital services for NHS Education for Scotland.
In addition to my UX work, I deliver AI training sessions and mentor new designers, efforts that contributed to winning a Women in Tech award.
